Deep Roots Yoga

Reconnect to your foundation in this grounding, slow paced practice designed to cultivate stability, strength, and inner calm. Deep Root Yoga combines mindful movement, long held postures, and intentional breath work to help you feel anchored in your body and present in your mind. This class supports balance, resilience and a deeper connection to the earth beneath you. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking to slow down, build strength from the ground up, and find steady peace in stillness.

Enjoy a gentle and meditative journey on the water, designed to cultivate relaxation, balance and connection with nature, as you glide across the calm waters, you'll soak up the warm colors and soft light of the setting sun, letting go of stress and tension with each stroke of the paddle. Explore whatever your mind desires honoring your body and breath as you synchronize with the water. All levels welcome. We'll provide the boards, anchors and guidance - You bring your sense of wonder and a willingness to unwind.

Sup Hatha

​Our SUP Hatha class combines the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga with the added challenge and benefits of practicing on a paddleboard. As we float on the calm waters, we'll explore a series of postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) designed to balance the bodys energy and cultivate inner peace. The added challenge of mainting balance on the board will engage your core and sharpen your focus, while the soothing surroundings and gentle lapping of the water against the board will calm your mind and nourish your soul. Bring your own board or rent one from me!
