Hello! I am Michelle. I believe movement is more than just exercise—it’s a path to confidence, strength, and self-discovery. I created this private, women-only space to give women a place where they can feel safe, supported, and truly themselves. My classes blend strength, balance, mobility, and mindfulness, but more importantly, they’re designed to help you believe in what your body is capable of. Over the years, I’ve seen women grow not just physically, but in confidence, courage, and community—and that’s what Moda Fitness is all about. ♡

Michelle introduced me to paddle boarding a number of years ago. I got back into fitness through her 1-1 training and group boot camps (highly recommend). Michelle’s guidance, patience and enthusiastic nature made paddle boarding so easy and fun. Whether it was a relaxing day on the water or yoga on the board, I enjoyed each moment. Give it a try…you might love it! Also happy to add, I was a beginner and didn’t fall in the water at all.

Her unique approach and individual customization in our 1 on 1 sessions has given me the opportunity to start losing weight and start loving staying active. Michelle also introduced me to paddle boarding, and now truly enjoy yoga on the water as well. I felt a unique blend of power and peace, which was both healing and exhilarating. Thanks to Michelle, paddleboarding is my new favorite hobby! Michelle introduced my 72yr old dad to paddleboarding, he now joins me regularly! I've also rented her boards to take my cousins, from South America out on the water. They loved it!
