Service Description

Join us for a unique and transformative yoga experience on the water! Our SUP Hatha Yoga class combines the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga with the added challenge and benefit of practicing on a paddleboard. As we float on the calm waters, we'll explore a series of physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) designed to balance the body's energy and cultivate inner peace. The added challenge of maintaining balance on the board will engage your core and sharpen your focus, while the soothing surroundings and gentle lapping of the water against the board will calm your mind and nourish your soul. All levels welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis. We'll provide the boards, anchors, and guidance - you bring your willingness to explore and connect with your inner self.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations made less than 24 before the scheduled start time will result in the loss of that class without a refund. Thank you for the understanding and respecting our time and planning.
